The Law That Makes A Suspect A Criminal: Principle Of Forensic Science

Edmond Locard (1877 - 1966) was known as the Sherlock Holmes of France. He was a professor of forensic medicine and criminology at the University of Lyons. In 1910, he established the world’s first police crime laboratory.

Two attic rooms including two assistants formed Locard's Lab given by the Lyons police department after persuading them for support. He developed laboratory methods to facilitate questioned document examination and recommended the use of "lip prints" for individual identification. THE MOST POTENT INGREDIENTS OF A HUMAN BOMB: The Making Of A Suicide Bomber

“..I know tanks and airplanes and artillery. But I don't know the person who turns himself into a bomb. I have never met a living, breathing death machine. ..and it was important to me to speak to them face to face: to see how I would feel, to try to understand directly what causes a young man or woman in their teens to throw everything away, to go out and murder innocent people, to commit suicide.”
These were the words of former Israeli Defense Minister Benjamin Ben-Eliezer. He made this statement after returning from a one-on-one interview of two young suicide bombers.

5 Critical Questions That Define Admissibility of Evidence In Court

The decision to allow an evidence to be admitted in court rests solely on the judge.
More particularly if the evidence is scientific-based, from a forensic perspective. Many people and relevant stakeholders(parties involved in the case) in court including the judge may not be scientists. So the "process"  of allowing evidences to be admitted is to be undertaken with all seriousness considering the stakes involved. The following questions drawn both from  Daubert and Frye's standard of evidence admissibility guides the judge in determining whether an evidence given by an expert witness is admissible or not.

Amazing Ways These Things Can Help In Solving Crimes

I will refer to them as 'these things' for now and reveal their identity at the end of the post(that's if you have not decoded it within this first paragraph). Test your patience today by showing a little restraint.
We interact with them everyday. We breathe in what they exhale and vice versa. Some beautiful ones are used to beautify our environments and houses. Many with large surface areas are used to enjoy cool shades from the hot sun. One critical fact about them is
